| Description | 6-Isopentenyloxyisobergapten is a furanocoumarin found in the aerial parts of Semenovia transiliensis and the roots of Heracleum maximum. It exhibits selective phytotoxic and antitubercular activities. Its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra is 166.5 μM, and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 27.4 μM. The compound demonstrates an IC50 of 29 μM for inhibiting Lemna paucicostata growth and shows higher activity against Agrostis stolonifera than Lactuca sativa at a concentration of 1000 μM. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
