6-Isopentenyloxyisobergapten (compound 4) exhibits stronger phytotoxic inhibitory activity against Agrostis stolonifera seeds compared to Lactuca sativa seeds at concentrations ranging from 10 to 1000 μM over 7 days. It also demonstrates concentration-dependent growth inhibitory activity on Lemna paucicostata, with an IC50 of 29 μM over 4 days. Additionally, 6-Isopentenyloxyisobergapten (compound 8) shows significant antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 166.5 μM and an IC50 of 27.4 μM.
