| Description | 6-Aminofluorescein (6-AF) (6-AF) is a noval fluorescence marker. |
| In vitro | Instructions 1. Preparation of reaction system: 1) 6-AF solution: Prepare 6-AF stock solution using appropriate solvent (e.g. DMSO or PBS), usually at a concentration of 1–10 mM. 2) Prepare target molecules (e.g. enzymes or metabolites) in buffer. 3) Add 6-AF as a fluorescent probe, usually at a concentration of 1–100 µM. 2. Detection process: Record fluorescence signal using a fluorometer or microplate reader (excitation wavelength 495 nm, emission wavelength 515 nm). 3. Data analysis: Compare the fluorescence intensity of the experimental group and the control group to evaluate the dynamic changes of the target molecule or reaction. The above information is based on published literature. Experimental procedures should be appropriately modified to meet specific research demands. |
