In vitro | Instructions 1. Preparation of reaction system: 1) 6-AF solution: Prepare 6-AF stock solution using appropriate solvent (e.g. DMSO or PBS), usually at a concentration of 1–10 mM. 2) Prepare target molecules (e.g. enzymes or metabolites) in buffer. 3) Add 6-AF as a fluorescent probe, usually at a concentration of 1–100 µM. 2. Detection process: Record fluorescence signal using a fluorometer or microplate reader (excitation wavelength 495 nm, emission wavelength 515 nm). 3. Data analysis: Compare the fluorescence intensity of the experimental group and the control group to evaluate the dynamic changes of the target molecule or reaction. |
