| In vitro | α-HNJNAc (10, 100μM) has no effect on GM00737 and GM01426 cell lines, but increases activity by 1.8-fold in the GM02931 cell line. α-HNJNAc (100μM; 3 days) exhibits no toxicity on human HL60 cell proliferation [1]. NAGLU is inhibited more efficiently by α-HNJNAc (67 μM) than by β-HNJNAc (374 μM) [1]. |
