In vitro | Ethyl 4-bromocrotonate shows antifungal activity for C. albicans, A. niger, M. mucedo, T. mentagrophytes. At PH=7.0 and in presence of 10% beef serum, Ethyl 4-bromocrotonate exhibits MIC of 40 μg/mL, 80 μg/mL, 7 μg/mL, 4 μg/mL for C. albicans, A. niger, M. mucedo, T. mentagrophytes, respectively[1]. |
