Construction
A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus CD3E (Q95LI5.2) (Met1-Asp117) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus CD3G (NP_001270839.1) (Met1-Thr113) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the cynomolgus CD3E/CD3G heterodimer was purified. Predicted N terminal: Gln 22 & Gln 23
