| In vitro | Z226407860 (5 μM) effectively inhibits the expression of RBX1 mRNA and protein in normal HBE cells and suppresses the overexpression of RBX1 protein induced by house dust mites (HDM) in HBE cells. Additionally, Z226407860 alleviates HDM-induced epithelial barrier dysfunction in HBE cells by restoring the levels of occludin and E-cadherin, and it reduces the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
