Description
Yaddle1 is an agonist of the mechanically sensitive ion channel protein Piezo1, with a half-maximal effective concentration (MEC50) of 0.40 μM. It significantly induces Ca2+ influx in T cells, prompting T cell activation responses. Yaddle1 is applicable in vaccine adjuvant research.
In vitro
Yaddle1 (Compound 34) shows no significant toxicity to PBMCs cells at concentrations of 0.1-20 μM over 6-24 hours. When exposed to 200 μM for 24 hours, its kinetic solubility reaches 26.72 μM at pH 7.4, which is 10 times higher than that of Yoda1.
