| In vitro | Tyrosinase-IN-26 (compound 13) at concentrations of 75 and 100 µM over a duration of 48 hours inhibits the growth of B16F10 cells. Additionally, at 100 µM for the same duration, it suppresses melanin synthesis in B16F10 cells. |
