Description TFAX 594,SE is a red fluorescent dye that maintains its fluorescence properties regardless of the pH level, ranging from 4 to 10. This dye produces highly intense and photostable conjugates when combined with proteins or antibodies, such as goat anti-mouse IgG.
In vitro Proteins tagged with TFAX 594,SE dye exhibit significantly enhanced brightness, often several-fold greater, compared to proteins tagged with traditional Texas Red dyes [1]. This improvement in fluorescence is quantitatively supported by its excitation maximum at 590±22.5 nm and emission maximum at 660±16 nm [1].
