Description	Tarasaponin IV, an oleanane-type triterpene saponin, is derived from the bark of Aralia elata and holds potential for cancer research.
In vitro	Tarasaponin IV, at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 10 μM applied for one hour on HepG2 cells, effectively inhibits NF-κB transcriptional activation when these cells are stimulated with TNFα[1].
