STAT3-IN-44 is a potent STAT3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.84 μM (C6 cells) and 4.81 μM (A549 cells). | In vitro | STAT3-IN-44 (Compound 18q) at a concentration of 10 μM, over 24 hours, significantly induces apoptosis in C6 cells through the STAT3-Bcl-2/Caspase-3 pathway. At concentrations ranging from 2.5 to 10 μM over 10 days, it nearly completely inhibits colony formation of C6 cells at the 10 μM concentration. Additionally, when used at 10 μM for 24 hours, it significantly suppresses C6 cell migration. STAT3-IN-44, applied at 50 μM and temperatures between 37-70℃, markedly enhances the thermal stability of STAT3 in C6 cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
