STAT3/AKT-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathways, demonstrating anti-tumor activity and inducing apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells.

| Description | STAT3/AKT-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathways, demonstrating anti-tumor activity and inducing apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells. |
| In vitro | STAT3/AKT-IN-1 inhibits the viability of gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 and BGC-823, with IC50 values of 1.39 μM and 2.92 μM, respectively. At concentrations ranging from 2.5 to 10 μM, STAT3/AKT-IN-1 dose-dependently induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, suppresses proliferation and migration of SGC-7901 cells, and triggers apoptosis. |
| In vivo | Administered intravenously at a dose of 15 mg/kg once daily for 20 days, STAT3/AKT-IN-1 demonstrates anticancer activity with no significant toxicity in SGC-7901 xenograft BALB/c mice. |
