| In vitro | SOS1-IN-22 (Compound A15f) demonstrates proliferation inhibitory activity in K562 cells with an IC50 value of 1.03 μM. It inhibits the formation of the KRAS-G12C/SOS1 complex at concentrations of 0-10000 nM. Additionally, SOS1-IN-22 reduces pERK levels in K562 cells in a dose-dependent manner at 0-300 nM for 2 hours. When combined with AMG510 (20 nM), SOS1-IN-22 significantly enhances the inhibition of pERK expression in MIAPaCa-2 cells at concentrations of 1-10 μM over 2 hours. Furthermore, SOS1-IN-22 shows no notable cytotoxicity in HL-7702 and 5k cells at doses ranging from 0.0001 to 10 μM over 72 hours. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
