SDH-IN-32 is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 2.74 μM. It exhibits excellent antifungal activity, disrupting cell membrane structure and increasing permeability. SDH-IN-32 reduces mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), inducing apoptosis and inhibiting the normal growth of mycelium. This compound is applicable in infection-related research.

| In vitro | SDH-IN-32 (Compound A2) exhibits excellent antifungal activity against [Rhizoctonia solani], [Sclerotinia sclerotiorum], [Valsa mali], [Botrytis cinerea], [Gibberella zeae], and [Physalospora piricola], with respective EC50 values of 0.133, 0.258, 0.428, 0.519, 1.29, and 1.51 μg/mL. At a concentration of 200 μg/mL, SDH-IN-32 shows a 76.1% control effect on rice sheath blight, 64.5% on [Botrytis cinerea] on tomato fruits, and 67.7% on [Valsa mali] on apple fruits. Additionally, at 0.133 μg/mL, SDH-IN-32 disrupts the cell membrane structure of [Rhizoctonia solani], increases cell membrane permeability, and decreases its mitochondrial membrane potential. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
