Pim-1 kinase-IN-14 (Compound 6e) demonstrates potent anticancer activity against HepG-2, Caco-2, NFS-60, and PC-3 cells. It induces apoptosis in HepG-2, Caco-2, PC-3, and NFS-60 cells and significantly activates caspase 3/7 in HepG-2 cells. Moreover, Pim-1 kinase-IN-14 exhibits strong inhibitory activity against PIM-1 kinase, with an IC 50 value of 0.094 μM.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
