| In vitro | PDE2/PDE10-IN-1 inhibits PDE2 and PDE10(IC50 of 29 and 480 nM, respectively). PDE2/PDE10-IN-1 is also inactive up to a concentration of 125 μg/mL in a bacterial mutagenicity assay. PDE2/PDE10-IN-1 also inhibits PDE11A and PDE4D with IC50s of 6920 nM and 5890 nM, respectively. In addition PDE2/PDE10-IN-1 does not show significant inhibition of a panel of CYP450 enzymes (CYP1A2, 2C9, 2D6, 2C19, and 3A4). |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
