PBP 10 acetate (794466-43-6 Free base) is a selective formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2) antagonist. PBP 10 acetate selectively inhibits FPR2-mediated NADPH oxidase activity but has no effect on FPR1 signaling in neutrophils. PBP 10 acetate exhibits PIP2-binding activity in vitro and blocks cell motility. PBP 10 acetate shows antiviral activity against influenza virus by inhibiting virus-induced ERK activation.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
