| In vitro | p97-IN-1 (Compound V12) effectively inhibits the proliferation of various tumor cell lines at concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 μM over a period of 72 hours. |
| In vivo | p97-IN-1 (Compound V12), administered orally at 100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg once daily, significantly inhibits tumor growth in Molm-13 xenografted female BALB/c nude mice, with no noticeable toxicity observed at higher doses. |
