| In vitro | MYBMIM (10-20 μM) inhibits the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia cells over 6 days and induces apoptosis within 48 hours by downregulating the expression of the anti-apoptotic Bcl2 gene. |
| In vivo | MYBMIM (25 mg/kg, administered intraperitoneally twice daily for 14 consecutive days) effectively inhibits the progression of human leukemia tumors in a mouse xenograft model. |
