| In vitro | Mer/c-Met-IN-1 demonstrates significant antiproliferative effects on HCT116, A2780, and PC-3 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 1.01 μM, 0.96 μM, and 3.42 μM, respectively. In human liver microsomes, it shows good metabolic stability, with a half-life of 72.6 minutes and a clearance rate of 0.05 mL/min/mg. The compound exhibits weak inhibition of the hERG potassium channel, with an IC50 value greater than 40 μM. Additionally, Mer/c-Met-IN-1 induces apoptosis in HCT116 cells dose-dependently at concentrations of 0.4-3.2 μM over 48 hours, with an ED50 of 1.368 pM. It also significantly inhibits the migration of HCT116 cells at concentrations ranging from 0.8 to 20 μM over 24 hours. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
