| In vitro | Menin-MLL inhibitor-25 (compound A6) exhibits antiproliferative activity with IC50 values of 1.07 µM for MV4-11 cells, greater than 10 µM for HL-60 cells, and 6.7 µM for SU-DHL-6 cells. Additionally, Menin-MLL inhibitor-25 (0.1, 1, 10 µM; 24 h) induces apoptosis and causes cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase in MV4-11 cells. Furthermore, Menin-MLL inhibitor-25 (0.1, 0.5 µM; 24, 48 h) reduces HOXA9 and MEIS1 gene expression in a time- and dose-dependent manner.  |
