| In vitro | LM11 inhibits the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose-dependent manner (0.1-100 μM, 6 h) under EGF stimulation. At a concentration of 100 μM for 16 hours, LM11 also reduces the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells, resulting in a 60% mortality rate. |
