In vitro
GlcN-6-P Synthase-IN-1 (Compound 4d) exhibits antimicrobial properties, with MIC values of 1 ± 0.15 μg/mL for S. aureus, 0.5 ± 0.15 μg/mL for B. subtilis, and 4 ± 0.33 μg/mL for both C. albicans and A. oryzae, demonstrating its effective inhibition of these microorganisms [1].
