In vitro
ER ligand-11 has IC 50 values against MCF-7, MCF-10A, MCF-7 D538G, MCF-7 Y537S, MCF-7 EGFR, and LCC-2 cells of 0.39, 13.72, 2.2, 3.33, 2.16, and 2.11 μM, respectively.
