CYP51-IN-16 (compound C6) is a phenylpyrimidine CYP51 inhibitor that demonstrates antifungal activity in vitro and inhibits tumor cell growth.
In vitro
CYP51-IN-16 (compound C6) inhibits the growth of MDA-MB-231, DU145, and L929 cells at concentrations of 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 μM over a period of 24 hours.
