Description	CTL26 is an effective, orally active α-glucosidase inhibitor, with an IC50 value of 2.81 µM, demonstrating antidiabetic properties.
In vivo	CTL26 demonstrates antidiabetic effects in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice when administered orally at doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg daily for four weeks.
