Bioactivity

Description	CDK2/MDM2-IN-1 (III-13) is a dual inhibitor targeting both CDK2 and MDM2, exhibiting an IC50 value of 2.60 nM against CDK2, and demonstrating antitumor activity.
In vitro	CDK2/MDM2-IN-1 (100, 200 nM, 4 h) inhibits tumor cell proliferation via the CDK2/p-Rb and MDM2/p53 pathways.
In vivo	Administered intraperitoneally at doses of 25 or 50 mg/kg for 14 consecutive days, CDK2/MDM2-IN-1 significantly inhibits the proliferation of colon tumor cells in mice without affecting their body weight.
