In vitro
Anticancer agent 207 exhibits cytotoxicity against NRAS-mutant SK-MEL-2 melanoma cells with an IC₅₀ value of 2.0 µM over 48 hours. Additionally, this agent reduces NRAS protein expression at concentrations of 0, 0.5, and 1.0 µM over 72 hours. Furthermore, Anticancer agent 207 inhibits colony formation of SK-MEL-2 cells at 0, 0.13, and 0.25 µM over a period of 10 days.
In vivo
The compound Anticancer agent 207, administered at a dose of 1 mg/kg intraperitoneally on a daily basis for 21 days, is capable of reducing tumor size and weight in mice.
