| In vivo | Anti-Mouse TNFR2 Antibody (TR75-54.7) (200 μg; intraperitoneal injection; administered 3 days prior to 4T1 tumor cell inoculation; single dose) inhibited tumor growth and prolonged survival in female wild-type Balb/c mice bearing 4T1 tumors [1]. Anti-Mouse TNFR2 Antibody (TR75-54.7) (5 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; twice weekly; for 3 weeks) significantly reduced white blood cell counts in JAK2+/VF knockout C57BL/6 mice and downregulated several proinflammatory cytokines[2]. |
