| In vivo | For D2A1-M1 and -M2 lines, tumor-bearing mice were treated for two weeks with GDC-0339 alone (100 mg/kg, daily, six days/week: the maximum tolerated dose is approximately 300 mg/kg), anti-PD-1 or Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody alone (12 mg/kg, twice a week/3 days apart), or GDC-0339 and anti-PD-1 or Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody combined. The combination therapy substantially inhibited the continued growth of fast-growing D2A1-M1 tumors while inducing tumor regression in some mice . [1] |
