In vivo
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody (9H10) (200 μg, i.p., on days 15, 18, and 21) combined with radiotherapy inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice [1].
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody (9H10) (200 μg, i.p., on days 1, 4, and 7) combined with radiotherapy suppresses tumor growth and prolongs survival in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice [2].
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody (9H10) (200 μg, i.p., on days 14, 17, and 20) combined with radiotherapy inhibits the growth of primary and secondary tumors in mouse models of breast cancer and colon cancer [3].
