| In vivo | Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (200 μg, intraperitoneal injection on day 7) alleviated motor dysfunction, reduced dopaminergic neuronal apoptosis in the substantia nigra, and suppressed inflammatory responses in a mouse model of Parkinson’s disease (PD) induced by hαSyn [1]. Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (100 μg, intraperitoneal injection on day 7) reduced the severity of arthritis in a mouse model induced by glucose-6-phosphate isomerase (G6PI) [2]. Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (250 μg, intraperitoneal injection 3 days before isolation of splenic CD4+ cells) prevented graft-versus-host disease in BALB/c mice transplanted with CD4+ cells from C57BL/6 mice [3]. Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (250 μg, intraperitoneal injection 3 days before isolation of T cells from total splenocytes) prolonged the survival of mice with T cell-transferred BCL lymphoma [3]. Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (50 μg/mouse, intraperitoneal injection 3 days before tMCAO) increased the proportion of regulatory T (Treg) cells and exacerbated thrombotic inflammation and ischemic neurodegeneration in a mouse model of transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO) [4]. |
