Description
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10) is a mouse-derived antibody that targets and inhibits mouse, rat, and human Osteopontin/SPP1. It significantly suppresses tumour growth in CT26 and MC38 mouse tumour models and attenuates VSMC migration.
In vitro
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10), when applied to cardiac fibroblasts at concentrations of 7.2 μg/mL or 72 ng/mL for 30 minutes, can block angiotensin II-induced DNA synthesis [2].
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10), when acting on cardiac fibroblasts at concentrations of 7.2 μg/mL or 25 μg/mL for 30 minutes, can inhibit collagen gel contraction co-induced by angiotensin II and osteopontin [2].
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10), when applied to A10 cells at a concentration of 100 ng/mL for 48 hours, significantly attenuates high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1)-induced migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) [3].
In vivo
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10) was administered intraperitoneally to mice at a dose of 500 μg per mouse, with dosing every 2 days for a total of 10 days. This treatment significantly inhibited tumor growth in CT26 or MC38 mouse tumor models [1].
