Description
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) is a monoclonal inhibitory antibody targeting mouse OX40/CD134. It can enhance the anti-tumor effect of CD8+ T cells, reverse the immunosuppressive microenvironment, promote antigen presentation and T cell activation, and is applicable to tumor-related studies such as papilloma and leukemia.
In vitro
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) upregulates the expression of surface activation markers CD40 and CD86 on dendritic cells (DCs) and downregulates PD-L1 levels in SB28‑OVA and EG7‑OVA cells when treated at 100 µg/mL for 5–7 days [3].
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) pretreatment at 10 µg/mL for 1 hour significantly enhances tumor cell apoptosis mediated by tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) [4].
In vivo
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) administered intraperitoneally at 100 µg twice weekly shows only limited antitumor efficacy in female C57BL/6 mice bearing TC-1 tumors [1].
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) administered intraperitoneally at 10 mg/kg once weekly for 2 doses, in combination with PEG-MTAP, significantly inhibits tumor growth in DBA/2 mice bearing L1210 tumors [2].
Anti-Mouse OX40/CD134 Antibody (OX-86) administered intraperitoneally at 200 µg on days 4, 7, and 10 significantly inhibits tumor growth in female C57BL/6 mice bearing SB28-OVA or EG7-OVA tumors [3].
