Description
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) is a monoclonal inhibitory antibody targeting mouse CD40L/CD154. It downregulates the expression of the IFN signaling pathway and reduces IFN-β production, effectively prolonging graft survival. It can be used in research on cancer, inflammatory diseases, and xenotransplantation, including pancreatic cancer and autoimmune cholangitis.
In vitro
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) significantly inhibits IFN-β production in natural killer T (NKT) cells when treated at 200 μg/mL for 48 hours [1].
In vivo
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 500 μg every 2 days from 2 days before tumor inoculation to 12 days after inoculation significantly downregulates the expression of type I IFN signaling pathway-related genes in male C57BL/6J mice bearing KPC1242 tumors [1].
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) administered intraperitoneally at 20 mg/kg once daily for 4 days starting 1 day before surgery, and then once weekly until the end of the experiment, prolongs the survival time of human neural stem cells (hNSCs) in 5XFAD transgenic mice [2].
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) administered intraperitoneally at 25 mg/kg on days 0, 2, 4, and 7 as initial doses, followed by once-weekly maintenance doses, temporarily delays the progression of cholangitis in dnTGFβRII mice [3].
