| In vivo | Methods: C57BL/6 mice were administered 200 μg of Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) intraperitoneally on Day 0, followed by 100 μg on Days 3, 7, and 10. The mice were euthanized after the final injection. Results: Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) induces the expression of IL-15Rα in C57BL/6 mice. [1] Methods: To investigate the antitumor efficacy of Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45), mice in the CT26/MC38 tumor model were administered 200 μg intraperitoneally on Day 0, followed by 100 μg intraperitoneal injections of Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) on Days 3, 7, and 10, respectively. Results: Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) inhibited tumor growth and prolonged the survival of the mice.[1] Methods: To investigate the effects of Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) on dendritic cells, a mouse model of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) infection was established. One day after infection, Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) (100 μg) was administered via intraperitoneal injection. Results: Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) enhanced CD8+ T cell responses and dendritic cell maturation in the mouse model. [2] Methods: Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) (100 μg) was administered intravenously on days 0 and 1 post-surgery in a mouse model of vascularized heart transplantation. Results: Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) promotes the accumulation of immunogenic macrophages and prevents the induction of tolerance in mice with a vascularized heart transplant model. [3] |
