In vitro
Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9) (10 μg/mL) inhibits IgE immune complex-induced TNF-α secretion in MH-S cells [1].
In vivo
Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9) (administered intravenously 1 day before harvesting thioglycolate-induced macrophages) inhibits approximately 25% of macrophage TNF-α secretion in hFcεRITg mice [1].
