Anti-CD19 Antibody (Tafasitamab) is an Fc-engineered humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the CD19 antigen on B lymphocytes. The compound mediates potent antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) by enhanced binding to Fcgamma receptors on effector cells, thereby directly inducing cell death and depleting malignant B cells.
