| In vitro | The compound [Ag(2,2′-bipy)(dppe)][CF3SO3] (compound 4) effectively inhibits the growth of SK-OV-3, SK-OV-3/CBP, HCT116 WT, and HCT116 WT/OxR cells over 72 hours at concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 μM, with IC50 values of 6.8 μM, 5.48 μM, 0.70 μM, and 0.65 μM, respectively. Additionally, at a concentration of 10 μM for 24 hours, it induces apoptosis in SK-OV-3 and MES-OV cells. |
