Description	ZM-306416 (CB 676475) hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of VEGFR, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.1 µM for KDR and 2 µM for Flt. Additionally, this compound acts as an inhibitor of EGFR with an IC50 value of less than 10 nM.
Targets&IC50	KDR:100 nM, Flt-1:2000 nM
In vitro	ZM-306416 hydrochloride selectively induces antiproliferative effects in NSCLC cell lines H3255 and HCC4011 that depend on EGFR, with IC 50 values of 90 nM and 72 nM respectively. It shows no effect on wild-type EGFR cell lines A549 and H2030, where the IC 50 exceeds 10 μM.
