Description
TrkA-IN-4 is a highly potent, orally active TrkA allosteric inhibitor that is metabolized in vivo as a prodrug to its active form, TrkA-IN-3. TrkA-IN-4 has demonstrated effective anti-injury effects.
In vivo
TrkA-IN-4 (0.9375-120 mg/kg; i.g.) exhibits stronger maximum antinociceptive effects 3 h after administration, with an ED50 of 7.836 mg/kg in hot plate testing on male mice.[1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
