| In vitro | TP-DEA2 autonomously converts into triptolide (Triptolide, TP) without relying on enzymes. Additionally, TP-DEA2 can inhibit the expression of disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10 (ADAM 10) induced by transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), and reduce the secretion of α-SMA in fibroblasts. |
