TP-238 demonstrates targeted biochemical activity, exhibiting affinities of 10-30 nM with CECR2 and 100-350 nM with BPTF. Furthermore, its potency is confirmed through an Alpha screen assay, with pIC50 values of 7.5 for CECR2 and 6.5 for BPTF, respectively. Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) further substantiates TP-238's binding affinity, revealing a dissociation constant (Kd) of 10 nM for CECR2 and 120 nM for BPTF [1] [2].
