| In vitro | Treatment with Squarunkin A at concentrations of 2.5 μM, 0.625 μM, 0.078 μM, and 0.01 μM leads to a concentration-dependent decrease in Src phosphorylation [1]. Unlike other lipoprotein chaperones, such as PDE6d, AIPL1, and RhoGDI, which attach to S-prenylated proteins, Squarunkin A does not interact with their lipoprotein-binding sites. Instead, it targets and binds to UNC119 within cell lysates, thereby disrupting Src activation [1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
