| In vivo | Method: In vivo administration of Setrusumab was performed in a breast cancer-induced bone metastasis and muscle weakness mouse model. Result: Setrusumab (100 mg/kg, intravenous injection, once weekly for 4 weeks) inhibited bone metastasis and reduced muscle weakness in mice. |
