| In vitro | PknB-IN-1, within a concentration range of 0-100 μM and over a 60-minute incubation period, effectively inhibits the activity of M. tuberculosis PknB, as demonstrated in a Cell Viability Assay. The assay, conducted on an M. tuberculosis cell line under the specified conditions, showed PknB inhibition with an IC50 value of 7.3 μM. |
