| In vitro | Treatment of cells with NR-160 (Compound 6I) at concentrations of 2.5 μmol/L and 5 μmol/L for 24 hours induced acetylation modification of α-tubulin (acetylated α-tubulin) [1]. When applied at concentrations ranging from 1 to 50 μmol/L for 24 hours, this compound exhibited weak cytotoxicity against leukemia cell lines, with all half-maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC₅₀) above 20 μmol/L [1]. In addition, treatment of HL-60 cells with 2.5 μmol/L and 5 μmol/L NR-160 for 24 hours significantly enhanced the cytotoxic induction effects of Bortezomib, Epirubicin and Daunorubicin on these cells [1]. Cell viability assays demonstrated that NR-160 exerted an inhibitory effect on leukemia cell lines [1], with IC₅₀ values of 49.4 μM, 51.8 μM, 42.4 μM, 32.1 μM, 42.9 μM, 22.5 μM and 41.6 μM against TALL-1, HSB-2, MOLT-4, Jurkat, HL-60, SUP-B15 and K562 cells, respectively. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
