| In vitro | MCULE-3064932370 inhibits SUMO E1 (Aos1/Uba2 complex) activity in a time-dependent and concentration-dependent manner, with IC50 values ranging from 16.66 ± 9.55 μM to 2.96 ± 1.61 μM during a 0 to 1.5-hour pre-incubation period at concentrations of 0-100 μM. Additionally, MCULE-3064932370 suppresses the proliferation of T47D breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with EC50 values of 20.79 ± 3.26 μM after 24 hours and 10.40 ± 4.58 μM after 48 hours, at concentrations ranging from 0.1-100 μM. |

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
