Lys-PEG3-BA is a PROTAC degrader targeting EML4-ALK/EGFR, with DC50 values of 1.32 μM for H3122 cells (expressing EML4-ALK fusion protein) and 19.66 μM for H1975 cells (with EGFRL858R/T790M mutations). | In vitro | Lys-PEG3-BA, at concentrations of 0-20 μM, induces the degradation of the echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion protein (EML4-ALK) in H3122 (EML4-ALK) cells, achieving a degradation rate of up to 91% with an IC50 of 5.30 μM. Additionally, Lys-PEG3-BA specifically targets and degrades the mutated protein in H1975 cells harboring the EGFR L858R/T790M double mutation, with a degradation rate of 52% at 20 μM and an IC50 of 18.56 μM. Furthermore, it effectively inhibits proliferation of both H3122 and H1975 cells over 48-72 hours, with IC50 values of 5.30 μM (48 hours) and 18.56 μM (72 hours), respectively. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
