| Description | Leuprorelin acetate (also known as leuprolide acetate) is a potent gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. It is widely used in hormone-sensitive conditions, including advanced prostate cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and central precocious puberty. Leuprorelin acetate is additionally applicable in endocrine research models for investigating GnRH receptor signaling dynamics, hypothalamic–pituitary axis regulation, and hormone-responsive cellular response systems in reproductive biology studies. |
| In vivo | Method: In vivo evaluation of disease progression in previously untreated advanced prostate cancer patients treated with Leuprorelin acetate via subcutaneous injection or depot administration. Result: Disease progression was delayed in approximately 70–90% (mean 87.5%) of patients. Partial responses or disease stabilization occurred in about 43% of patients each, complete responses were rare. Median response duration was 10–18 months, and median survival was about 2 years. Bone pain improved in 64.5% and urinary symptoms in 80% of symptomatic patients, with performance status improving in 42–81% of men.[1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
